Update Issue Type Scheme through API

In jira 4.3.3 can not update Issue Type Scheme through soap API. So im developing plugin to update Issue Type Scheme through API. i able to update other scheme using plugin . But i cant find a way to write a method to update Issue Type Scheme. Can any one help me to do this.
