Update Flag Impediment for linked issues

Please refer below for scenario:

1. User creates a issue and links one or more issues as link type 'Relates to'
2. Issue created

Expected: as soon as issue created, the issue linked to #1 have flagged impediment updated automatically

The way Answers works is that people ask questions, not post requirements and expect someone to knock it out for you.

But let's put that down to language or cultural differences. 

It sounds like you want a post-function on Create, that should check for links of a specific type. Impediment is just a custom field type, which can be set programatically.
