Unknown values during issue transition

  • We are using automation plugin to close the issues which are already resolved.
  • When we manually close the issue, it simply shows the regular Issue updated template in the email where as when automation plugin closes any issue, it shows strange values for SLA's

We would like to inform you that this third party plugin is not supported by Atlassian. As stated in Atlassian Support Offerings any third party plugin integration is out of our support scope. This is because we are neither trained nor knowledgeable about those applications.

I can't see your screenshot, maybe you can re-add it? If this is what I think it is, I discovered this bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-1060and wrote the KB for it at: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SDKB/Clean+up+extra+Service+Desk+data+in+the+db
