Undo Jira Item Deletion

Hi there,

I have deleted a couple of Jira items, one of which I used to track my time.

Can I restore a Jira item?

Only if you are willing to go back to a recent backup, find the issue, export and import it somehow (copy and paste will usually meet your minimum requirements), but it gets complex if you need history, worklogs, comments etc.

"delete" really does mean what it says.  An issue is deleted.

Most experienced JIra admins remove delete permissions from all permission schemes as soon as they are hired, because "undelete" is not fun.
