Understand spike in Graph

Heidi March 1, 2016

all the SLA reports at the end have a Spike on the last day which messes up the overall stats. Due to the spike on the last day the whole graph is in months and makes it not a helpful measure to report on.

Any ideas what causes this? I selected last 30 days on Time to First response for example and every day looks correct but then the last day it has a huge spike

Thanks

Hi! There is potential data in the form of running SLA's within your report query. Either exclude this running data or remove the potential data from the dataset.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-service-desk-report-shows-spike-at-end-777026987.html

The report includes issues with SLAs that are still in running state. The SLA on these issues is used to calculate the last data point.
