Searching for solution to the following error;

Hi Don,

What version of JIRA are you using and what specific actions are you taking that trigger this behavior?  There is a bug at JRASERVER-64088 that you can find that reproduces this particular issue.  I see the Kanban board in the background which further strenthens my suspicions you may be running into this.

Take a look at JRASERVER-64088 and see if you agree this is the issue you're running into. If that's not what's going on:

  1. If you recently installed add-ons you may try disabling them and see if that alleviates the issue.
  2. Remove any announcment banners you have temporarily and test.
