Hi.
I d like know how can I create users or queues to send unassigned issues. I d like to create queues per team, like: unassigned for sales team, for development team, for level 2 support team, for management team, so people in this teams can pick from correct queue.
And how to configure a default queue.

Hi Alex,
there's no "queue" concept in Jira. An issue is assigned to an individual person. However, there are some options do do something similar. Look here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/How+do+I+assign+issues+to+multiple+users
