Unable to view Schemes

Hi,

I am trying to create workflows in jira. I am unable to see Schemes in the left pane of my administrator screen. I am using JIRA 4.2 version. I logged in as JIRA administrator.

Can anyone please help? Documentation doesn' talk about how this panel is enabled.

Which JIRA groups are you in? I wonder if you're just set up with project administration rights not a JIRA Administrator (ie a member of the jira-administrators group)?

Which schemes are you trying to see? These are pluggable so check the Admin Menu Sections plugin in the Current Plugins screen to make sure the modules you want are enabled.

Also make sure the Schemes section isn't collapsed :)

NB don't know about 4.2 but in 4.0.2 you can get to the Issue Type Schemes from the Manage Issue Types screen or from the Manage link on a project's admin screen.

May be issue is with plugins. There is only Projects in the collapse. I have gone through all the links available but none led me to the Manage Issue type Screen or Workflow Screen.

Can you please check below screenshot and confirm if thats a plugin issue?
