Unable to use 'Time Log' option after unsubscribed 'Tempo' plugin


Initially I was using 'Time Reports' ( plugin and able to enter my work log in 'Time Log' field  > later subscribed "Tempo tool" ( and later unsubscribed it but now unable to log my work hours as 'Time Log' field is missing/ Not available and only Tempo time sheet icons visible.

Note: My 'Time Reports' subscription is still active and want to go with this only

Time Reports is reporting based on the Jira native time tracking.

Thanks for solution but only time tracking is enabled and still "Tempo" features are enabled in various fields. 

How to remove "Tempo" from my JIRA account completely ?

When Tempo is installed it extends the schema, screens and fields in your Jira instance.  In order to 'remove' Tempo completely from your issue screens etc, you would need to uninstall the app - or have your Jira Administrator perform the task if you do not have those rights.
