It's nearly the same error like described in this question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Unable-to-upload-attachments-error-message-quot-An-internal/qaq-p/1792644 , but we are able to upload XML-files. All other filetypes can't be added. I disabled the firewall and nothing changed. I can't find anything in the logs, also there are no new entries, after the error is fired. Any suggestions why XML-files work and no other filetypes work?
