Unable to try the plugin

Hi!

I've been trying to test your JIRA plugin and it always shows the message "The add-on failed to install. Please try again later or contact the add-on vendor."

 

Can you please help me?

I'm using JIRA on Demand

I can confirm you that it only happens with this plugin.

I will create the new ticket as you told me.

Hey Sara, 

The message displayed for the plugins is a generic one. So, since you are using JIRA cloud version, the best suggestion would be to raise a new ticket (https://support.atlassian.com)to check with the team through the log files and identify what could be avoiding it to be installed. 

 

However, can you confirm if this is happening for any plugin that you try to install?
