Unable to start working on JIRA

After installing JIRA software it opens the page called 'Local host' to specify license key. There are three options on this page and I selected ''I have an account but no key" and then I clicked on 'Sign in and generate license key'. After this it shows an error "Internal Error" at my.atlassian.com.

I am trying this from three days but this internal error is not getting resolved. Please let me know the alternate way or solution for this problem.

Hey Garvit, you could copy your license key from https://my.atlassian.com/ and paste it into 'I have a key' section, and this will let you install JIRA. It sounds like there's some problems connecting to that site from the JIRA server.
