Unable to start JIRA after upgrade from 6.13 to 6.4

i have upgraded JIRA from 6.13 to 6.4 and i get the following error in the log:

My guess is you did not create the database yet.  If you have not done so, contact Atlassian support.

According to this page, it could also be related to your database schema: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/JIRA+Entity+Mismatch+with+Database+Schema

Could you double check the database configuration and try to start up JIRA one more time? Please let us know if you face the same error or a different one.
