Unable to share a Dashboard to group Jira Cloud

Hello,

I'm using Jira Could and have created a dashboard as and admin I want to share with Jira users group.  I've aded them as a group to share it with in the dashboard I've created configuration.  I'm a member of both admin and the users group.  The dashboard does not show up for any of the users.  The only one that does show up is a global dashboard, but I want to restrict the audience.

Any tips?

Hi Jim,

When you chose a group to share with there is a + button you must hit before it's actually shared.  I missed that a few times so I just wanted to make sure you didn't. 

As along as you verified that, make sure the can search for the dashboard:

Dashboard menu -> Manage Dashboards -> Search

If they are unable to see it if they search, verify group membership and you will need to contact the Cloud support team so they can take a look into the instance further.

Thanks.  I was under the assumption the dashboards would auto-populate.  I'm good now.
