Unable to see "Due Date" field in create screen even though it is added in screen

Hi Team,

Even after adding "Due Date" field in the create screen, few of the users are unable to see it while creating the issues, they need to manually configure the field to get it visible.

What is the reason for it.

Hi @Neenu jose ,

You should check the "Where is my field" feature on the create issue screen :

Also check that the field is not hidden in the field configuration.

For the 'Due Date' field to be available, the users should be having 'Schedule issue' project permission also.
