Unable to see history (comments etc)

Last Thursday Noc 6th, I was unable to see the full history of comments logged against each call raised.

This is preventing analysis, viewing files and fixing other problems.

How can this happen?

You might have had your groups changed to ones that did not have the permission to see the comments.
