Unable to retrieve Issue's Change History using rest API

Hi,

I was able to retrieve history details in one jira account but it is not poassible in another.

both accounts are in different host/server.

in the json responce from the fist server i have the full history details but in other server change log (iIssue's Change History) details are not getting populated. can please help me understand why it is happening.

is there any way to retrieve history datails from the second server.

I am using "<jira_host>/rest/api/latest/issue/<ISSUE-KEY>?expand=changelog" command for retrieving histories.

I enabled time tracking but stil I am not able to view histories.

second jira server version is JIRA 4.4.4

You almost certainly haven't enabled time tracking in the second server. To enable Time Tracking go to the Admin pages, Time Tracking is under Issue Features.
