Unable to open attachments in user stories, how do I solve this?

HI,

Whenever we are trying to open an attachment we get an error message saying that

"oh it seems we lost a page".

This goes for all documents that we have attached to all user stories.

How do I solve this??????

You might want to confirm whether the attachment still exist in your JIRA_HOME/attachments.
