We created a postgres database and installed JIRA and connected to the database. We also then imported the backup from our ondemand installation. After the import is completed, we cannot login using our ondemand JIRA ids. and sysadmin / sysdamin does not work either. Curently, there is a known limitation preventing you from importing data from an OnDemand instance into JIRA 6.2.1. If you need to import data into JIRA 6.2.1, please use the following workaround:

2.Then upgrade JIRA to 6.2.1 following the upgrade instructions here: Upgrading JIRA.
JIRA will upgrade the database and you will be able to access your imported OnDemand data.
