Unable to invite new user to organization

I have been struggling with sending an invite to a new user. I am a site and org admin but no luck getting a new user access to our organization

I have tried to invite another user to our Jira however no email was received nothing works

FYI The success notification was displayed in Jira however nothing was really sent to that new user email

Hello, Good day. There are chances that the new user email has been added to our suppression list. Please create a ticket with the user email address so that we can review the logs and take action. Thanks
