Unable to import the all the comments from jira version 7.9 to jira version 8.5

Hi Team,

I have tried to import the issues from jira 7.9 to jira 8.5.after importing the issues ,i am unable to see the all the comments in comments body. out of 12 only 9 comments are imported . Remaining comments are not imported.

That is a very strange behaviour - it should either be imported or not imported at all.

There is no such restrictions to number of comments being imported.

Have you checked the latest comment dates and your import backup date ? I hope your backup is not older than the comment and that it includes the new comments too.
