Unable to import issues from BugZilla

The system is stuck at 0% for issues being imported. I changed the log level of data.importer.*

The rest of the log file should contain messages about why the issue were not imported. Note the message about only New items

There are no issues in Jira ! It doesnt seem like anything has been imported
