Unable to import a single project from Old project Archival to latest Production JIRA.

Hello Team,

We have upgraded the JIRA from v7.0.10 to v7.3.6 with tempo plugin.We have also upgrade the old project data to latest v7.3.6 project data & took backup of that project.

But the problem is when we are trying to import a single project from that archived project backup we are facing custom field related issue like Account,Iteration,Tempo Team.

Please provide solution for the same.

When you export and import like this, you must make sure that the source and target are on the same version of Jira AND all of the add-ons installed.

Thanks for the reply.

The backup of old project is with same version 7.3.6.but the problem is when I import a single project then I am unable to do that.Got above error while doing the same.

The backup project 'Z_Synapse project - iOLM Online (Closed - Do Not Use)_Delete 31-Aug-2014' requires custom field named 'Account' with full key 'com.tempoplugin.tempo-accounts:accounts.customfield'. In the current instance of JIRA the plugin is at version '3.1.0', but in the backup it is at version '3.2.0'.

The backup project 'Z_Synapse project - iOLM Online (Closed - Do Not Use)_Delete 31-Aug-2014' requires custom field named 'Iteration' with full key 'com.tempoplugin.tempo-plan-core:tp.iteration.customfield'. In the current instance of JIRA the plugin is at version '3.7.0', but in the backup it is at version '3.8.1'.
