Unable to import Pivotal Tracker Data into Jira using Jira Importer plugin

We are trying to import pivotal tracker data into Jira 5.0.6 using the Jira Importers plugin.We followed the link https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Importing+Data+from+Pivotal+Tracker

After clicking the Begin Import button, the import process has started and the import screen didn't showed any import progress and when we downloaded the detailed log of import, log shows nothing has been imported.

We have the option External User Management turned ON in Jira.

In step 1 we have to provide pivotal details, does the pivotal user needs to an Administartor ?

The problem is with the browser. I am able to see the errors when used Mozilla but not in IE.
