Unable to import CSV -- Blank page after selecting file.

Hello,

We are trying to import a CSV file and after selection the file and proceeding to the next step, we get a blank page.

After doing a research, looks like JIRA is complaining about the "Base URL" (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Blank+screen+after+first+step+in+CSV+Import), but not sure how to make it work. We do not use a URL per-se, we use the resource name to access it. so in my case the URL is: http://VM-RND-JIRA:8080

The logs have the followign entry:
