Hi All

We have JIRA (6.1) and fisheye (3.2) and we are trying to establish a connection between the two tools however it is failing to connect with error message 

No response was received from the URL you entered - it may not be valid. Please fix the URL below, if needed, and click Continue.

How can we fix this error? What can be the possible reasons for this error?

Hello Gabrielle, Due to a bug that this add-on was triggering, Atlassian temporally removed this plugin from marketplace.

The log files should give us a clear idea about what's happening. We also have a application link troubleshooting guide where I'd suggest you to follow according to your environment and log entries:

Check the logs to find out the error details. If you are using https, most likely it is a problem with importing public certificates. Other things like wrong reverse proxy settings can also cause issues.
