Unable to edit title and description in a particular project board ticket

Hi,

I have JIRA access of 2 different board in one board I am unable to edit title, description, epic etc always getting below error. 

My internal team did all the hacks to resolve this issue but we have no success. 

PLease help in resolving this issue.

Thank you for sharing the details and screenshots.

Can you please open the developer tools on your browser and check on the console tab if it shows any other error when you try to edit the summary and description? If it does, please send us a screenshot. 

If another user adds the exact same summary and description, does it work?

Can you check with the project administrator if you have the same permissions as the other board where it works?

Is it happening on all tickets that you try to edit on this project?
