We had a sprint started and one of the other administrators started a product backlog with exisiting tickets. The sprint was knocked out and now we can not add a new sprint (can not move tickets from backlog to it) and we are not able to associate the new board with it.. Please help... time is critical.
When you say "he started a product backlog with existing tickets", do you mean he create another board? Does the old board still exists?
If you're not using this new board, you may want to try to remove it.
If you can't figure it out, please open a support request at support.atlassian.com.
