I have an issue type set up in Service Desk, but I'm unable to create a request type based on the issue type. When I click the create request type button nothing happens.
I think what was happening is that our dba was working on some backend customization and we ran into a fairly intense processing job that was impacting my service desk. All good now. Thanks for the feedback and I'll use Firebug next time.

Can you use Firebug or some type of browser add-on to monitor the network activity and js when you press the button?
If you attach the captures we can start looking for the cause.
