Unable to create a new project

Hi;

I was trying to configure a project and in the process I think I might have deleted the default issue-level security (in case it was a default one, because I can't remember). I deleted the project and now, when I try to create a new one, I can't do it because I don't have the permissions, but I'm doing it with the administrator account.

I'm totally new at JIRA, so if you could please help me to reestablish what I have broke I would be very grateful :)

Ok, it's solved now. A mix between my stupidity and a permission scheme misconfiguration.
