Unable to change the workflow scheme of a project.

While changing the workflow scheme of a project, I am getting errors saying unable to determine the workflow entry for issue null.

Why do we get such issues and how to resolve it. Please help,. thanks in advance.

At first try to make integrity check (admin panel => system => integrity check)

The integrity check fails with a proxy error.

Couldn't figure out what is this about. Have asked the local System admins and they confirmed that the proxy settings are proper. How do we tackle this?
