Unable to authenticate when log in on the android or apple app

I can work normally on website, but i can not log in on the android or apple JIRA issue tracker. The app shows"Unable to authenticate. Please verify username, password and server URL." I'm quite sure all the information is correct. How should I do?

Can you work via Safari in the webbrowser of the apple device? Are you connected to the same network (i.e same network policy) on the Apple device as the computer you are comparing to?

I can work via Chrome browser on my android device. All the devices are connected to the same network.
