Unable to authenticate SEN number Edited

Dear Team, 

I want to raise issue with Atlassian JIRA, for which I need to provide SEN number.  

As I am admin, I can see the SEN number, but somehow Atlassian is unable to authenticate the same. I don't know what to do. 

The SEN number is SEN-******* 

I need urgent help. Please do the needful.

Hi Umesh

Is the mentioned SEN the SEN of your JIRA license?
You find it as admin under cog icon -> "Applications"

If it is valid and has a higher user tier than 10 users you are eligible for Atlassian support.

Follow this path: Technical issues and bugs -> Jira -> Self-Hosted -> Enter full SEN including "SEN-"
