Unable to attach a file with an issue

Hi,

I am unable to attach a file with in issue.The message is "An internal error has occurred. Please contact your administrator."Can you please let me know the solution for this

What is the path for the log file..

without further informations its very difficult to help.

Please post the error message from the atlassian-jira.log.

In the System Info,I couldn't find the path of the at;assian-jira.log file.Please see the attached screen.

You are on Cloud.  You do not have access to the logs.  You will need to raise this with Atlassian Support directly, as they can read the logs.

Check atlassian-jira.log and find mare detailed information.
