I am unable to attach a file with in issue.The message is "An internal error has occurred. Please contact your administrator."Can you please let me know the solution for this

Please post the error message from the atlassian-jira.log.
In the System Info,I couldn't find the path of the at;assian-jira.log file.Please see the attached screen.
You are on Cloud. You do not have access to the logs. You will need to raise this with Atlassian Support directly, as they can read the logs.
From where to raise the issue to Support.Can you please guide?
