I am unable to see the "+Add Project" option when navigating to Administration>General>Projects screen even though I belong to the 'administrators' group. The option was available to me previously, but the button is now hidden. What's changed?

It could be that your global permissions were changed for jira. However, this is probably an issue best suited for our tech support team. Could you open an issue for this on support.atlassian.com so tht we can look specifically at your ondemand instance?
