Unable to add comments in JIRA ticket using Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 and Comment button at the bottom of the JIRA ticket screen

I'm attempting to add a comment to JIRA ticket by using the Comment button at the bottom of the screen and the comments window does not appear. The page scrolls back to the top, but nothing else happens.

Does anyone else have this problem with Jira 4.4.x and IE10?

Serge,

This iis a typical compatibility issue with JIRA and IE. According to the supported platform page, JIRA 4.4 is not compatible with IE 10. It most likely will be supported in JIRA 6.0. You may want to try JIRA 6 EAP relase and see if the same behaviour is reproducible there.
