Unable to access an issue because of (default-"None") security level

We have created a Jira issue which right now cannot be accessed because of the security level [Default - "None"].

We are trying to see if the security level can be changed or atleast the jira is complete deleted.

A security level of "none" will not hide an issue.  Unless you've created a level deliberately called "none" and then not put the right groups of it.

As an admin, you should be able to adjust the level to allow people to see it.
