Unable to HTML File after downloading it from JIRA issue

Dear all,

Iam unable to open HTML file properly in browser after i download the attachment (HTML file )from jira-zephyr test case . 

when i try to open the HTML file after downloading, it comes as shown in screenshot provided.

could i know is there any possible reasons to lead this. Please find the screenshot as well for reference .
