I am an administrator of Jira and project lead for Service Desk. When I try and edit a service desk issue nothing happens and the JS timer wheel keeps spinning.
I have checked permissions and they look fine. Anyone albe to help on this issue please?
Hopefully you've been able to resolve this issue. If not, you'll want to reproduce the issue and take a look at the JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira.log and the JIRA_INSTALL/logs/catalina.out logs to see what errors are thrown when you attempt to make the change.
If you're still unable to see anything in the logs the next step would be to reproduce the issue and generate a HAR file and examine the results.
