I'm a board admin and have created several new fields in Issue Detail View. However, when creating/modifying an issue, these new fields cannot be edited. In addition, they are only viewable in the right sidebar of an open issue, not when the issue is fully open.
What am I missing?
Have you logged in as a JIRA (or system) admin and checked that the fields are set up for the projects and issue types? (i.e. Field configurations, field context and that they are on the screens for the issue types?)
