Unable to 'Cancel my site'

we no longer use JIRA and would like to terminate subscription, so i following the steps mentioned in here https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/cancellations-873871347.html but when i click 'Cancel my site' it redirects me to https://my.atlassian.com/products/index and i m still seeing my site up running, it is a bug or has the procedure been changed?

Hi Winnie,

When you click on "Cancel my site" is does take you to the MyAtlassian.com site, this the place to cancel the subscription and is expected behavior of the system. When you are in your MyAtlassian account there will be a "cancel subscription" link in the Cloud product screen, when you click on that link a verification screen will appear. Once you complete that step the Cloud instance will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
