Unable to 'Bulk Edit'

I'm unable to use Bulk Edit. I have reviewed all related settings and everything seem to be OK.

Was there any change regarding this feature? What am I missing?

The usual problem with "I can't bulk edit" is that you have not granted "use bulk edit" permissions in the Global Permissions under admin

If it's not that, then you need to give us error messages or explain what "I'm unable to use" means in more detail.
