Please send me the whole process how to change verion from 6.3.1 to 7.x

How to do?

what are all the steps we have to follow?

how much time it will take?

what are all the rights i should have?

what are all the details required?

any drawbacks?

what are all the changes i will be seeing from 6.3.1 to 7.x?

please explain this answer for naive admins.....??

I would recommend upgrading to 6.4 first and then 7.latest.
