Two separate projects using the same schemes but they behave differently.

The two projects have the same:

issue type screen scheme
permissions

workflow scheme

However when somebody emails project A it creates as "bug" but when someone emails project B it creates as "order support". Is there an option somewhere I have missed that needs to be changed? Thank you.

The issue type to create from emails is one of the parameters of the email handler, under Services.

Hi Jamie. Thanks for the tip! I found the handler parameters for project A and modified it to match the ones for project B. (Project A had "issuetype=1" while project B had "issuetype=74".)

Difficult to say this but it seems the default issue type in project B is order support?

Correct, the default issue type in both is "order support". "Bug" is also not an available issue type on project A any longer, but it is still creating "bug"s when emailed.
