We are not able to update the remaining time on the ticket when we change jira language to Japanese. Could you please check and resolve this issue?
The error message displayed is as follows.

Hi @d-maki welcome to the community! There are several issues reported using Japanese for the language out on Atlassian's Jira site. I couldn't find a specific one as you describe.
I would suggest having your system administrator (or you if that's you!) open a ticket with Atlassian Support with specific steps to recreate the problem and they can see if there's an existing ticket, or a new one needs to be created.
