Trying to create a JIRA account - ended up with atlassian account instead

I'm trying to set up a testing account so we can better integrate Time Doctor with JIRA.  I was trying to create a new test JIRA account (https://globalworkforce.jira.com) but some how ended up with an atlassian account (https://alexandertest3.atlassian.net) instead.  That site isn't integrating properly with Time Doctor.

When I navigate to https://globalworkforce.jira.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa and try to log in, my credentials don't work.  The interface and entire system at atlassian seems idential to JIRA.

How do I get an actual JIRA account that I can integrate with Time Doctor?

At a guess, you've gone to https://globalworkforce.jira.com and instead of following the instructions there to "contact your administrator if you don't have an account", you've created an Atlassian account.

Well now this is even more confusing.  Now when I log in, it doesn't take me to (https://alexandertest3.atlassian.net) anymore.  Instead, it takes me to: https://jira.atlassian.com.  And of course, the project that I created on alexandertest3 and the user I invented are gone.

I'm totally lost.
