Trying to copy attachements from one issue to another issue created in another Jira clous instance

We have 2 Jira instances.

We have 1 portal where the users use categories to raise tickets.

Based on the categories, the tickets are moved to

a) different projects on another instance with the help of Automation (Send Email) option.

b) different project on the same instance.

However, in both cases, the attachments are not being copied. is there a way to do the same?

If you are willing to use a third party app, you could try our Deep Clone for Jira.

Deep Clone can clone issues with their attachments in the same instance or to another Jira Cloud instance.

You can also use Jira Automations to trigger Deep Clone via post function clones in a looping transition.
