Hi experts, We are using Project automation to trigger an email for those tickets which are inactive for more than 15 days. Automation is sending an email to assignee's of each tickets, an assignee is getting bunch of email. But we want to send a single email to assignee who is having more than 1 ticket, so that to reduce the number of emails. Email batching feature is disabled in Jira and we cannot enabled it.
So, is this possible using project automation?
