Tried to start my site during today's outage and now I can access it.

Hello. My company was hoping to use the Atlassian suite and attempted to make a free jira cloud instance but we had the misfortune of doing so while the software was down. Now we can't login to the site. The URL just says "Page unavailable" and trying to register the site again says the name is already taken. 

 

Any thoughts?

Sorry to hear that. Would need to contact Atlassian support to see if the name can be release. Otherwise, would suggest to create a new instance with another site name.
